Associate HR Generalist

Our continued success has created this immediate opening for an Associate HR Generalist who will support eCopy’s Human Resources Department with administrative tasks and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
The Associate HR Generalist supports eCopy’s Human Resources Department with administrative tasks and project coordination.  A large focus for the Associate HR Generalist is benefits administration.

  • Processing forms to carriers and reviewing bills in a timely manner
  • He/she is responsible for ensuring eCopy’s US Benefits website is kept current and that Federal/State Labor Law posters are posted and kept current
  • Proof reading documents and presentations and inputting and updating personnel data in ADP’s Employease Human Resources Benefits HRIS system
  • Responsibility for creating and the administration of employee files (both hard copy and electronic) and for monitoring and responding to questions that are sent to eCopy’s HR electronic mailbox
  • Meet with new employees once they begin working, takes new employee photos, and keeps the on-line organizational chart up to date
  • Departmental shipping and creating purchase orders in eCopy’s web based system
  • Processing Worker’s Compensation claims and the point person for eCopy’s safety related programs, along with other tasks as assigned
  • Other tasks include: administering stock option paperwork, setting up Web Ex meetings and training sessions, assisting with recruitment related activities, and logging/processing tuition reimbursement paperwork

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a business setting, preferred
  • Professional, service oriented demeanor with strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • The ability to multitask
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Technologically savvy with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to type
  • Ability to stay focused and keep track of sensitive/confidential data/information
