eCopy has an exciting opening for a bi-lingual Solutions Marketing Manager.  This person is responsible for contributing to the corporate marketing strategy and playing a strategic and hands on marketing role in Europe.  
  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge in enterprise software solutions, preferably with an ECM Marketing background and the proven track record of completing complex tasks
  • Successfully serves as a point of authority for electronic business process automation, compliance, and intelligent document routing domains
  • Contributes to the strategy, tactics and implements Marketing plan elements to achieve near-term orders goals
  • Provides guidance to the sales force for the proper utilization of collateral and messaging
  • Works with Corporate Marketing and the European Sales Managers to design and implement effective lead generation marketing and promotional marketing programs to support business objectives -- product awareness campaigns, internal/external tradeshows, and thought leadership campaigns
  • Contributes to the EMEA Marketing Plan
  • Demonstrates support of eCopy Marketing model including documentation of marketing program plans, defining and measuring metrics of success, etc.
  • Assesses local/regional Marketing needs and market requirements
  • Provides local support to public relations and industry analyst relations
  • Manages and participates in local shows and events
  • Manages the budget for marketing programs and initiatives and reports status as required
  • Works closely with corporate marketing to ensure European web site content and sales support communications are appropriate for associated regions, along with other tasks as assigned
  • 30% Total travel (includes international)

     - 20% Local travel
     - 10% Overnight travel

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant discipline required. 10+ plus years of hands-on, marketing experience in a business-to-business marketing environment, preferably in the software industry required. Knowledge of electronic document workflow solutions. Must have solid skills, ability and expertise in the marketing activities outlined above.  Experience in the development of co-marketing programs and partner marketing. Fluency in German required, and other European languages strongly preferred. Sound knowledge of sales process and solution selling. Experience within, or marketing and selling to, multiple industry sectors is a plus. Experience managing vendor relationships. Must have high energy, good time and project management skills, possess a sense of urgency, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ability to manage detailed budgets, and place an extremely high value on end-user customer focus.

This is a regular, full time position.
