Corporate IT Departments

Corporate IT Departments worldwide utilize the eCopy SDKs to create tightly integrated solutions to their back end applications, maximizing their investment in both their hardware and software infrastructures. The result: Dramatic improvements in document workflow and improved office worker efficiency. To obtain the SDKs, please do the following:

  • Sign a Developer Agreement and return with payment 
      • Determine if you would like to have access to ticket-based technical support.  The annual fee for ticket-based support and product updates is $2400 USD.  If you do not wish to receive product updates or support, there is no cost to access the eCopy SDKs
      • Complete a brief online application
      • Sign Developer Agreement
      • Return with payment if you are electing the support option
      • Once agreement and payment (if applicable) are received, you will be sent a link to download the SDKs

The eCopy Connections Alliance Program (eCAP) exists to support our software alliance partners who develop Connectors utilizing the eCopy software development kit (SDK). eCAP partners receive sales, marketing, and development support to promote the solution to the end user. Learn more about eCAP:

Select which level of partnership best meets your organization’s needs:

  • Partner – The Partner level provides access to the eCopy ShareScan SDK and the eCopy Desktop SDK.  It is a more comprehensive, all-inclusive way to partner with eCopy.  This level provides marketing and ticket-based technical support.  Learn more about Partner level benefits and eligibility/requirementsCost: $2400 USD annual program fee.
  • Developer – The Developer level provides access to the eCopy ShareScan SDK  and the eCopy Desktop SDK.  It is a basic option for those wishing to begin working with the eCopy SDKs. This level comes with no marketing or technical support.  Cost: $0

eCAP Eligibility and Requirements

The program is available to developers worldwide where eCopy products are currently sold. Applicants should possess the following skills to successfully utilize the SDK:

  • Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 experience
  • Familiarity with COM based applications
  • Knowledge of the application to be integrated with eCopy ShareScan or eCopy Desktop
  • Requires submission of an online eCAP Application and acceptance by eCopy
  • Requires approved applicants to sign and eCopy Agreement
  • Payment of annual program fee: 
      • $2,400 USD
  • Develop and complete Connector launch plan as outlined in the Launch Guide from eCopy
