Alchemy Connector for eCopy ShareScan

Allow anyone to scan and index paper documents directly from your multi-function copiers using the eCopy Connector for Captaris Alchemy software. 

Supporting the full Alchemy security model, users login at the eCopy-enabled device using their network user name and password. The user scans the document and selects one of the Alchemy databases that they have permission to access. The profile fields and dropdowns for that database are shown, allowing the user to index the document directly at the eCopy console. Using predefined paths built using the data entered, the documents are then stored in the Alchemy repository for archiving. It can be as simple as three steps: Scan - Select - Index.
