The DocRecord Connector for eCopy ShareScan enables batch-scanned and single-scanned documents to be either automatically or manually deposited into this advanced and easy-to-use document management system. Indexing information for the scanned documents can be automatically generated from DocRecord’s OCR engine, or it can be manually input from the eCopy touch screen. OCR can be full page, zonal (selected data regions), or barcode. Cover pages can also be generated by DocRecord and then scanned to auto-generate indexing information and instructions.
