SAPERION Connector for eCopy ShareScan

With the SAPERION Connector for eCopy ShareScan, users can quickly convert hard copy documents into digital files and store them into their personal in-tray within the SAPERION ECM Edition client. From here users are able to structure and index the transferred documents within their familiar environment. They can store the scanned documents into the relevant repository or forward the documents to the appropriate person for indexing and storing. With the help of other eCopy Document Services the user can process batches of documents with automated separation of documents using blank pages or barcodes, which can also be used for indexing. With SAPERION compliance rules and regulations can be adhered to as it provides a full audit trail from the point of document capture and enforces the correct access rights for later retrieval of scanned images.
