BatchREnew Connector for eCopy ShareScan

Split, rename, route and clean up scans in one easy step with the Batch REnew Connector. Supports barcode recognition and ICS (Intelligent Cover Sheets).

  • Barcode Recognition: Split and rename images using industry standard barcode formats. 
  • File Splitting: Split scanned files using blank pages, a numeric interval or barcodes. 
  • File Renaming: Use barcodes with eCopy’s advanced file naming options. 
  • File Routing: Navigate to an output folder at the eCopy console or administrators can define file destination rules without user intervention. Barcodes can also be used to identify, and create if necessary, an output folder.
  • Image Clean Up: Deskew, despeckle, auto rotate, thicken, smooth characters, remove grid lines and more. Users can preview image clean up results to ensure high quality images. 
  • ICS - Intelligent Cover Sheets: Select a set of rules for splitting, renaming, routing and clean up. Batch REnew will create and print a barcoded cover sheet with these rules. The user places the cover sheet on top of a stack of documents for instructing the Connector.
