The TOPCALL Connector for eCopy ShareScan (TOPCALL MFPConnect) enables eCopy customers to consolidate their MFPs to a central server based fax solution. The highly reliable MFPConnect enterprise server platform helps solving compliancy issues through early archiving and offers optional connectors to virtually any backend application (ECM-, CRM-, ERP-systems, etc.). Deeply integrating into the eCopy ShareScan solution MFPConnect offers easy-to-use fax sending, while leveraging the leading edge set of features the TOPCALL Communication Server has to offer. This includes, for example, amazing image enhancement with patented VirtualReScan (VRS) technology, as well as having the fax line interfaces – the TOPCALL line servers - securely placed in the company’s DMZ (outside the firewall – separated from the application server inside the LAN).
