Integration with DocuWare
The StapleWare Connector for eCopy ShareScan allows a direct connection from the eCopy ShareScan to DocuWare File Cabinets so that paper documents can be scanned directly to a DocuWare File Cabinet using the eCopy-enabled digital copier or scanner. All registered file cabinets that the user is authorized to use will be available. A DocuWare Recognition template may be utilized to read information from the scanned images. Users may also enter index data directly to the fields of the selected file cabinet.
