The TokOpen Connector for eCopy ShareScan allows copiers to capture documents and store them into Tokairo's document management system. Scanning and indexing can be done in three different ways:
- On-demand scanning and indexing:
- Batch scanning and Indexing: Batches of documents can be indexed from a workstation
- Production scanning and indexing: Indexing can be fully or partially automated.
