eCopy offers a weekly ‘Using eCopy Desktop’ webcast led by a certified eCopy trainer.

This 40 – 50 minute online presentation covers the full range of  features in eCopy Desktop from opening PDF files to markups and annotations to saving, emailing, and printing.  The final 10 minutes is reserved for questions from the participants.  A tri-fold Getting Started guide is provided to each participant.  These presentations are held every Thursday at 11am EST.  Webcasts are available at other times based on request.

eCopy offers a recorded version of the ‘Using eCopy Desktop’ for customers desiring 24/7 access to the presentation. The presentation includes an e-mail address for participants to ask questions.
