Welcome to the eCopy Support Lookup Report Generator
Enter eCopy product identifiers and have an Excel report generated noting whether the
product is Registered and its support expiration date.
Enter up to 10 product identifiers. Each entry must be the complete number, no blanks or dashes,
and can be one of:
- Software Product Key
- Software Serial Number (note that the ScanStation serial number is not a valid identifier)
- eCopy Maintenance & Support Agreement number
Put each entry on a separate line inside the box (hit Enter/Return after each number).
You can have up to 10 entries. Then click on the Lookup button to generate your report in an Excel
spreadsheet.
If any value(s) shows up as "Unknown", it means that the specified product key, serial number or M&S Agreement number does not exist within our system. Please verify that you have correctly entered the identifier.
