Health Plans:- Medical Benefits: Employees working 30 or more hours a week are eligible for health care coverage effective on the first day of employment.
- Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO option: Provides in-network care with no deductible and a minimal co-payment for medical and prescription coverage to employees residing in New England.
- Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) option: Provides in-network care with no deductible and a minimal co-payment for medical and prescription coverage as well as out-of-network care at 80% with a deductible. The PPO plan is offered to all US employees.
- Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO option: Provides in-network care with no deductible and a minimal co-payment for medical and prescription coverage to employees residing in New England.
- Dental Benefits: Employees working 30 or more hours a week are eligible for dental coverage effective on the first day of employment. The Anthem Dental plan provides 100% preventative coverage with no deductible and pays a percentage of basic, major and orthodontia services after a $50 deductible.
- Vision Benefits: Vision coverage is available to employees electing medical coverage. The Anthem plan provides in-network coverage for routine vision exams.
- Domestic Partner Benefits: Domestic Partner benefits provide medical, dental and vision coverage for same and opposite sex partners and their dependent children, provided certain criteria are met.
Pre-Tax Spending Accounts:
- Health Care Flexible Spending Account: The program allows eligible employees to put aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for non-reimbursable health care (medical, dental, and vision care) expenses.
- Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account: The program allows eligible employees to put aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for dependent care expenses for qualified dependents.
Income Protection:
- Basic Group Term Life insurance: Provides one times your basic annual earnings in basic life insurance at no cost to you. In addition, you may purchase up to $300,000 in Supplemental Life coverage.
- Accidental Death & Dismemberment: Provides one times your basic annual earnings in basic life insurance at no cost to you.
- Business Travel Accident: Provides Business Travel Accident insurance to all full time employees traveling on company business.
- Disability Income: Short-Term and Long-Term Disability provides additional income security to full time employees unable to work due to illness or other non-work related injury.
Financial Future:
- 401(k) Savings Plan: The eCopy 401 (k) Savings Plan is administered by Fidelity Investments. All eligible employees can contribute on a pre-tax basis from 1 % to 60% of your salary, up to the IRS annual maximum. Eligibility is the 1st of the month after date of hire. The plan also accepts rollovers and allows loans.
Time Off:
- Paid time off: eCopy offers vacation time, sick and personal time as well as ten paid holidays per year. Eligible full-time employees earn vacation depending on their length of service. Eligible part-time employees earn vacation on a prorated basis depending on the individual’s regular work schedule.
- Leave of absence: eCopy offers several forms of paid and unpaid leaves of absence for circumstances that may require an employee to be away from work.
